ORDINANCE NO. 2719

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING ALL SUPPLEMENTS TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GLASGOW, KENTUCKY, FOR YEAR TO DATE 2010

THAT, WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio has completed several supplements to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Glasgow, Kentucky, since the last ordinance, Ordinance No. 2683, adopted on second reading on the 22nd day of February, 2010, which, at that time, adopted the 2007 S-12 Supplement, the 2008 S-13 Supplement, the 2008 S-14 Supplement, the 2008 S-15 Supplement, the 2009 S-16 Supplement, and the 2009 S-17 Supplement; and

WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision or addition of certain sections to the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make references to sections of the Kentucky Revised Statues; and

WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Glasgow City Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the City of Glasgow, Kentucky as follows:

SECTION ONE. That the 2010 S-18 Supplement, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, the cover and instruction sheets for each being attached hereto, collectively as Exhibit A, shall be, and the same are hereby adopted by reference as if specifically set out in its entirety.

SECTION TWO. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced from and after its date of passage, approval and publication as required by law.
