§ 35.46. MEMBERS; OFFICERS OF BOARD.

(A) The Board of Trustees of the Police Officers’ and Firefighters’ Pension Fund is composed of the Mayor, the City Treasurer and the Chief of the Fire Department.
(B) The Board shall select from its number a President and a secretary.
