§ 35.51. FUNERAL BENEFIT.

When an active or retired member of the Police or Fire Department dies under the conditions set out in KRS 95.550(1)(c) and § 35.48(A)(3) of this code of ordinances, the Board of Trustees of the Pension Fund may pay from the Fund to the widow, or widower or family a sum of not more than $200, for funeral expenses.
