§ 36.161. CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby created pursuant to KRS 65.8801 through 65.8839 a Code Enforcement Board, said Board being referred to in §§ 150.70et seq. (adopting 2003 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code) which shall be composed of five members, all of whom shall be residents of the city for a period of at least one year prior to the creation of the Board and shall reside in the city throughout their term of office.
