§ 36.055. ESTABLISHMENT.

The city plans to establish a park for recreational purposes, and it is desired that a municipal recreation and playground board be created to maintain and equip this park, and to have control and management of same, under the authority vested in it by the City Council. Pursuant to KRS 97.030, a Municipal Recreation and Playground Board is hereby established and granted power subject to the control and final supervision of the City Council.
