The books of the Glasgow/Barren County Tourist and Convention Commission and its account as established in KRS 91A.390(2), shall be audited annually by an independent auditor who shall make a report to the Commission, to the associations submitting lists of names from which commission members are selected, the Mayor of the city and to the County Judge/Executive of the County of Barren, Kentucky, to the State Auditor of Public Accounts, to the Common Council of the city and the Fiscal Court of the County of Barren, Kentucky. A copy of the audit report shall be made available by the Commission to members of the public upon request and at no charge.
