§ 71.25. SPEED TO BE REASONABLE.

  • (A) No operator of a vehicle upon a highway shall drive at a greater speed than is reasonable and prudent, having regard for the traffic and for the condition and use of the highway.

    (B) In no event shall any vehicle be driven at a speed greater than permitted under existing city ordinances and other provisions of this code and applicable state laws and regulations.
