§ 72.99. PENALTY.

The city hereby establishes a schedule for all parking fines in the City of Glasgow. The fine schedule shall be as follows:
(A) There shall be a $30 fine for all violations of any parking regulation with the exception of handicap parking which shall be addressed below;
(B) There shall be a $50 fine for any violation of the handicap parking regulations; and
(C) The fines set forth herein shall no longer be doubled, but shall be a flat fine for each such violation.
