§ 150.32. NOTIFICATION OF INSPECTOR OF CERTAIN WORK; CONDEMNATION.

  • (A) (1) The Electrical Inspector shall be notified by any person, firm or corporation installing any new electrical work involving a new service entrance or a 220-volt circuit when the work has been roughed in and again when the entire work is completed.
    (2) The Electrical Inspector, upon receipt of the notice shall inspect that work, and if the work conforms in all respects with the provisions of this subchapter, shall give notice to the electric utility supplier of approval of the work.
    (3) If the work fails to meet the standards of this subchapter, the owner shall be given notice of the defects, in writing, within 24 hours.
    (B) Should the Electrical Inspector condemn any of the work or equipment for not being in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter, written notice shall be given to the person, firm or corporation engaged in the installation of the work.
