§ 153.01. STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.

The Legislature of the Commonwealth of Kentucky has in KRS 82.082 delegated to local government units the authority to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of its citizenry Therefore, the City Council of Glasgow, Kentucky, hereby adopts this chapter as its floodplain management ordinance.
